Derma Regen Clinic
Terms and Conditions
These terms cover appointments, consultations, pricing and offers, prepaid programs, refunds, results and the information on this website. They apply to every booking, offer, advertisement and landing page published by Derma Regen Clinic. By booking with us you agree to them. Last updated 18 September 2026.
1. Who we are
Derma Regen Clinic is a nurse-led skin and aesthetic clinic at Suite 5, Level 1, 5 George Street, North Strathfield NSW 2137. Consultations and treatments are carried out by a registered nurse. Our advertising is prepared with the AHPRA advertising guidelines, the TGA advertising rules and the Australian Consumer Law in mind. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Appointments and online bookings
- You can book online at any time through our booking page, or by calling 0485 010 543. Online bookings are confirmed by the booking system; if you do not receive a confirmation, please call us.
- We may contact you before a first appointment to confirm details or to ask a few screening questions.
- Consultations and treatments are for people aged 18 and over. We do not advertise to or treat people under 18.
- New clients complete a consultation form before their first treatment so that your history, medications and any conditions are known to us. Please tell us about any change in your health before each visit.
3. Complimentary consultations
- A complimentary consultation is free of charge and carries no obligation to book, buy or continue. It allows up to 60 minutes with a registered nurse.
- It is a clinical assessment: your history, your skin or hair and your goals are reviewed, and honest options are explained. It is not a promise that any treatment will be recommended, offered or performed.
- Some people are not suitable for some treatments. Where a treatment is not right for you, or the right next step is your GP or no treatment at all, we say so.
- Any fee for additional or specialised consultations is stated at the time of booking.
4. Deposits, cancellations and late arrivals
- To reserve treatment time we may ask for a deposit. The amount is stated at the time of booking and is applied to the cost of your treatment.
- Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or move an appointment. A cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, or not attending, may result in the deposit for that appointment being retained, or a prepaid session being counted as used.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten the treatment or, where the time cannot be recovered, treat the appointment as a missed appointment.
- Reminders are sent by SMS or email as a courtesy. Not receiving a reminder does not change these terms.
- Deposits on standard bookings are not refundable for change of mind. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Pricing, introductory and promotional offers
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The price shown is the full price for the session described. There are no hidden or mandatory extra fees.
- Introductory prices, such as the Seoul Glow Facial at $149, are available for a limited time and may end or change without notice. The price shown at the time of booking is the price you pay. Introductory prices are for one session per person, cannot be combined with any other offer, and are subject to availability and to suitability being confirmed at your appointment.
- Where a price is shown as "from", the final price depends on the treatment area and plan, and is confirmed with you before any treatment begins.
- Where a promotion has its own conditions, those conditions are shown on the promotion page and apply together with these terms.
- Prescription-only medicines are not advertised, discounted or sold as offers. Whether any such treatment is appropriate can only be decided after a consultation, and any cost is discussed then.
6. Prepaid programs and instalment plans
- Some treatments are offered as a program of sessions at a flat program price. Program prices are the price for the sessions stated; they are not framed as a saving and no discount is implied.
- Program sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless a different period is stated at purchase. Please contact us before the end of that period if you need more time; extensions are usually given where a program has not yet expired.
- Where an instalment plan is offered, its terms are set out in the instalment payment agreement you sign. Instalments are due on the agreed dates whether or not sessions have been taken.
- Cooling-off: if you change your mind within 24 hours of purchasing a prepaid program and have not yet had a session, tell us in writing and we will refund the purchase in full.
- Outside the cooling-off period, prepaid programs are not refundable for change of mind. If a reassessment by our nurse finds you are no longer suitable to continue, we will offer an extension, an alternative service of equal value or a credit, and where none of those is appropriate, a refund of the unused sessions calculated by deducting the full single-session price of sessions already taken from the program price. Refunds are processed within 21 days.
- These terms do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Treatments already provided
Treatments that have been performed are not refundable for change of mind. We do our best to achieve a good result, but the outcome of any aesthetic treatment varies from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. If you are unhappy with your experience, contact us so we can review it with you; where clinically suitable this may include a follow-up appointment. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
8. Results, images and reviews
- Individual results vary. Skin, hair and healing differ from person to person. Results can be temporary and maintenance may be recommended. No outcome is guaranteed.
- Any before-and-after photographs we publish are of this clinic's own clients, shared with their consent and unedited apart from cropping. They show one person's experience and are not a prediction of yours.
- Google reviews shown on our pages are published by our clients and describe their experience of the clinic. They are not claims about treatment outcomes.
- Where a treatment may need a series of sessions, the number and spacing depend on your assessment and are planned with you.
9. Treatments, risks and consent
- Every treatment carries some risk and may involve downtime. Risks, expected recovery and alternatives, including doing nothing, are explained at your consultation before you decide.
- Treatment only proceeds with your informed, written consent, and you may take as long as you need to decide. For higher-risk procedures we encourage you to take time between the consultation and the treatment.
- It is your responsibility to give us complete and accurate health information before each treatment, and to follow the pre-care and after-care instructions provided to you. We are not responsible for problems that arise from information not disclosed or instructions not followed.
- Where a product is a registered medical device, it is used according to its directions for use.
10. Equipment and unforeseen changes
Occasionally equipment faults, illness or events outside our control mean an appointment must be moved at short notice. We will offer the next available time. If a treatment in a program can no longer be provided, we will transfer the remaining sessions to a service of equal value or, if that is not possible, refund the unused portion.
11. Payment
We accept cash and major cards in clinic, and payments made through our online booking system. Where an instalment plan applies, payments are made as set out in that agreement. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
12. Gift vouchers
Where we issue gift vouchers, they are redeemable for services at Derma Regen Clinic, are valid for at least three years from the date of issue, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost. Suitability for any treatment is still assessed at consultation, and unused value stays on the voucher until it expires.
13. In the clinic
- Please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment.
- For safety, children cannot be in the treatment room during a treatment and cannot be supervised by staff.
- Personal belongings remain your responsibility while you are in the clinic.
14. General information, not medical advice
Everything on this website and our landing pages is general information. It is not medical advice, does not create a practitioner-patient relationship and does not replace an assessment by a qualified health practitioner. Not every treatment described in our educational articles is one we perform. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are unsure, speak to your GP before acting on anything you read here.
15. Your information
Enquiry, booking and health information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Health information collected at your consultation is used only for your care. We do not sell personal information.
16. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income, arising from your use of this website, reliance on general information on it, or the provision of our services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the amount paid for it. Nothing in this section limits the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
17. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies to bookings made after its date. Questions about a booking, an offer or these terms: call 0485 010 543 or contact us through the website.
